About Ghost Dinners

Operators, not advisors.

Ghost Dinners was built from the kitchen side of the business, not the consultancy side. Everything we sell — brands, technology, screens, supply — we run ourselves first.

You're trusting us with launches, locations, technology and capital. Here's exactly who does the work.

Founder · Ghost Dinners

It started with one kitchen and a problem nobody would fix.

Ghost Dinners started the way most restaurant problems start — on a service, in a kitchen, with three systems that didn't talk to each other and a queue that didn't care.

The food was never the hard part. Ordering, menus, supply, screens, staffing and reporting were. So we built the infrastructure we wanted, ran our own brands on it, and broke it in the only place that matters: live service.

That's still the rule. Every part of the platform earns its place by running our own sites first — then we put it in front of other operators, groups and brands.

Today Ghost Dinners launches and operates its own venture brands, builds and runs technology for other operators, and delivers brand activations end to end — kitchen, brand, ordering, screens and supply as one build.

“If we won't run it ourselves, we won't sell it.”

How we work

01

We run it first

Nothing goes to a client site that isn't already running in one of our own.

02

One build, not five suppliers

Brand, food, technology, screens and supply come from the same team, on the same timeline.

03

Systems over heroics

A launch that only works when we're standing in it isn't finished.

04

Own the customer

Direct ordering, own channels, own data — marketplaces are a tap, not a landlord.

05

Honest numbers

Costed menus, real margins and reporting the operator can actually read.

06

Few partners at a time

We're in the building during launch, which caps how many we take on.

We take on a limited number of partners at a time, because we're in the building with you.
